We recommend clear, well-lit photos of models wearing or showcasing your products. The AI focuses on human movement, so images that include a model (rather than a flat lay or mannequin) will produce the best results.
Does the AI change how the model moves?
Yes — the motion is generated automatically by AI, and we don’t control the exact movements. The goal is to create natural, fashion-style motions like turning, walking slightly, or adjusting posture.
Will the product always look exactly the same?
Most of the time, yes — but occasionally, the AI may alter small details such as fabric texture, reflections, or accessories. We always aim for realistic motion, but it’s important to note that these are AI-generated videos, not filmed footage.
Can I use photos without a person in them?
Not yet — the current version of Montionly works best with images with a person or 2 in them. We are still working on adding this feature.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver all videos within 24 hours of receiving your images. Larger batches (over 50 videos) may take slightly longer, but we’ll always confirm timelines before starting.
Can I request specific movements or poses?
Not yet — the current version of Montionly generates motion automatically. However, we’re working on an advanced feature that will allow you to choose from preset motion styles soon.
What formats do you deliver in?
All videos are delivered as high-quality 1080p MP4 files optimized for social media, websites, and ads.If you need a specific size or format, just let us know before processing.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
We’ll review the output with you and can reprocess the image once if there’s a clear issue. Because the videos are generated by AI, results can vary — but we always aim for natural, brand-ready motion.
Can I upload multiple products at once?
Yes! You can send up to 10 images per batch, and we’ll return all your motion videos together — perfect for lookbooks or product collections.
